The Train-the-Trainer (TTT) Level 1 Program will equip you to internally teach Leading Your Teams Through Change, Taking Charge of Change, Delivering Project Results, and Change Management Employee Orientation.
To ensure you are properly prepared for TTT Level 1, please complete the following tasks:
- Watch the TTT Level 1 Pre-Engagement video below. In this video, you will get a high-level overview of each of the programs you are able to deliver as a Level 1 TTT as well as a walk though of how and where to find digital assets needed during the program.

Optional Prework for General Facilitation Skills
